Auschwitz Birkenau Tour  reveals one of the best-known concentration camps in the world; it is a place where approximately 1.5 million people were killed during World War II by Nazi Germany. Auschwitz Birkenau was established in the suburbs of the city of Oswiecim (Auschwitz in German). Auschwitz and Birkenau, the two camps were liberated in January 1945. After the War, Polish government decided to restore Auschwitz – Birkenau and turn it into a museum honouring the victims of Nazism. Now it is part of the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.

The museum was founded in 1947, combining the area of KL Auschwitz(Auschwitz I) in Oświęcim and the Birkenau camp(Auschwitz II) in Brzezinka; it have been preserved  approximately 150 buildings and 300 ruins. The original roads, fences, watchtowers and railway ramps. The buildings house the collection of original exhibits and documents.
